Information about me... I suggest a cup of good coffee - remember to use real coffee from Africa, not that coffee-coloured instant-whatever brew - and here's my story. The picture above, that's me (who would have guessed?). I was born in 1975, am of German heritage and live in Berlin. I think that won't change for quite some time to come. I need my big city and the Egyptian museums (yes, we have two, although one undergoes reconstruction wors atm). I'm married since September 15, 2001 - to Andreas, a teddybear of a man. Taller than I am (I'm six feet one, so that's not all too easy), broad shoulders, enough of a belly to have something to cuddle, for a man incredibly long lashes and chestnut brown eyes. A cute nose (mine's more of a beak, actually) and big arms... and... uh... I love him. all of and about him. While he is a set person, calm and everything, I am always spinning round and round on the emotional wheel. Belligerent, stubborn, often with a hungry hyena's temper and a mouth as big as the Nile delta - Andy has no easy time with me. Still he married me. Hmmm. Must really love me, the poor fellow. :-) I'm a creative person, but with little nerve to finish things. My doctor attributes it to depressions, I'm mostly angry about my jumpiness. There are tons of projects I do at the same time, but then I forget to finish them, lose interest, or, or, or. It's a real drag. *sighs* We currently have two pets:
Ra, a pink Bourke's parakeet, has recently moved out to a hobby breeder so he's with birds of his race. We had to give away Golgari, our wedding rat (a present from a well-meaning acquaintance of ours who just forgot to ask if we wanted a rat at all), Toffee, a giant toffee-couloured male (and proud father of 13 babies), as well as his sons Tibbs and Tem, born in June 2002, because I suddenly became so allergic to them that I got fits of asthma whenever I was near them. |
