Set forum (had to be hosted externally)

I dedicate this page to the Name of Netjer which is known as "Set", Seth", or "Sutekh", the Lord of the Red Land (i.e. the desert and mountains) Great of Strength.

There is something about this Name that not only attracted my attention but that also touched something inside me, and so I decided to fill a gap in the www by making a website on Set..

There are personality traits attributed to Set by the ancient Egyptians that I have, too: His quick temper, for example. My hubby could tell you stories about that...

I share with Him His sense of humour (a morbid type and sometimes even a bit cruel), the conviction that you've got to do things yourself if you want them done properly (or done at all, for that one), and the experience that when things get tough you can only rely on yourself.

Admitted, that is a slightly misanthropic point of view, but without it these pages wouldn't be here at all. And admitted, too, my hubby's been softening that conviction of mine to a mere "most people are bad, prove me wrong".
At least a start, isn't it?
